“You will outgrow the spaces that were never designed to hold your sacred expansion.” — Jesaira Glover-Dulin
Let’s talk about capacity.
Because every container ain’t sacred.
Every room, every relationship, every role—they’re not all built to hold the weight of your becoming.
There are dimensions required to contain someone like me.
A woman who heals, who leads, who feels deeply and carries divine assignment on her life.
A Black woman who has had to shapeshift and translate her power just to be tolerated—never fully embraced.
That’s why I had to stop settling for spaces that offered visibility but not vesselship.
Because when you carry the frequency of purpose, not every platform can support your resonance.
Some containers were created to confine, not cultivate. And beloved, your growth will reveal that.
What Makes a Container Sacred?
A sacred container must have depth, not just dimension. It’s not about how big the room is—it’s about how safe, how aligned, how spiritually resourced the room is.
To hold your calling with integrity, a space must possess:
· Spiritual Maturity – It can’t just shout “favor”—it must also understand warfare.
· Emotional Capacity – Can it witness your weeping and still hold space for your wisdom?
· Cultural Competence – Can it honor the duality of being a Black woman in a world that wants your labor but fears your liberation?
· Energetic Integrity – Are the leaders truly leading… or are they leeching?
· Liberatory Safety – Does the space allow you to show up whole—not just as a role?
Because let’s be real—many want to sip from your overflow but aren’t willing to do the work to be a well.
And if the structure wasn't created with your essence in mind, it will either spill you or try to shrink you.
My Personal Truth
I’ve been the “only one” in too many boardrooms.
The “go-to” in too many spiritual circles.
The “fixer,” “healer,” and “truth-teller” in rooms that applauded my strength but neglected my soul.
It took me a long time to realize: Just because I can hold space, doesn’t mean I have to stay in spaces that can’t hold me.
And Sis, the same goes for you.
Walk with Me Through My POWER Method:
· Permission — You don’t need permission to leave a room that dishonors your presence. Give it to yourself.
· Ownership — Own your multidimensional identity without shrinking it to fit someone else's comfort.
· Worthiness — Know that your purpose is not too much. They’re just not equipped.
· Embodiment — Stand in the fullness of your voice, even if it shakes the walls of the room.
· Rebirth — Exit the containers that have expired. Your next dimension requires one designed for your divine architecture.
Affirmation: I no longer force myself to fit into spaces that were never meant to hold my brilliance, my truth, or my becoming.
🔥 Call to Action:
This week, I want you to evaluate every room you're in—professionally, spiritually, relationally.
Ask:
Does this space recognize, respect, and reverence my evolution?
And if the answer is no, don’t force it—forgive it and free yourself.
You are not too much.
You are a blueprint.
You are the container you’ve been searching for.
In POWER and protection,
